Taylor Housing are advertising a 3 bedroomed semi-detached house in Dundee that
has had a £50,000 refurbishment for rent for as little as £1 per month!
The
ex-local authority house is advertised with www.surerent.co.uk and is open to
offers. The owner has pledged to let the house for a minimum term of 6 months to
the right tenant, even if only £1 rent per month is offered.
Because the house has just been virtually rebuilt following an accidental fire,

hopes to do the same with other properties that he owns in England and Scotland
