Letting
Our letting philosophy is simple: To provide people with
comfortable homes at affordable prices and maintain them to a high standard. We
know that people respect this and make every effort not to break the tenancy
terms.
Substandard accommodation is no longer the only option. We
want our tenants to have pride in their home so, if you require rented accommodation please
contact us for availability. Or look on the
Available Property page which is updated
regularly. If there is nothing suitable available then please contact us with
your details so that we can notify you as soon as a property that meets with
your requirements becomes or is going to become available.
Managing
We have competent staff to manage, maintain and upgrade
our properties and our administration is streamlined so that we always have
up-to-date information at hand. Whilst most of our properties are unfurnished 1 and 2 bedroomed flats, we can offer a limited amount of furnished or part furnished
as well as houses when they become available. All that we ask in return is that our tenants respect
their home and pay the rent in full at the agreed time.
